The Black & White Way
“Everyone's called me Badger for over 30 years, because I see things in black and white. That's how I run the business: straight answers, no jargon, no grey areas, and I'll always listen first.”
Clear
We explain what we find in plain English, with a written report you can actually understand.
Honest
If something doesn't need doing, we'll tell you, even if it means less work for us.
Respectful
Dust sheets down, tidy when we leave, and a call if we're running late.
Fair
You get a written price before we start. If anything changes, we talk to you before doing any extra work.
