What We Collect
- Your name, email address and phone number when you contact us or submit the enquiry form
- Details of the job you describe, including the property address where work is to be carried out
- Records of work carried out, quotes, invoices and electrical certificates
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website. The contact page shows a map from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
How We Use It
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract)
- To carry out and invoice work you've asked for (contract)
- To issue electrical certificates and notify Building Control under Part P, as well as keeping records required by law and our certification body (legal obligation)
We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who We Share It With
Only where necessary: our certification scheme provider and local authority Building Control for notifiable work, the DNO (Distribution Network Operator) for EV charger and similar notifications, our accountant, and our website form provider (Formspree), which processes enquiry form submissions on our behalf.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Job records and certificates are kept for as long as required by our certification body, and for at least 6 years for tax purposes.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
